All programs, courses, and instructional materials are founded upon Biblical Principles and are designed to Integrate Christian worldview and values into every area of study. CBT - CERTIFICATIONA therapist certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is uniquely equipped to help individuals identify and replace negative thought patterns that influence emotions and behavior. CBT is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that promotes lasting change through renewed thinking — a concept deeply rooted in Romans 12:2, which calls us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
In this course, you will learn how to apply CBT principles within a Christ-centered framework, integrating practical therapeutic tools with biblical truth to bring hope, healing, and restoration. You will be trained to guide clients toward healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth, all while addressing the whole person — body, soul, and spirit. By the end of this program, you will be prepared to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in harmony with Scripture, equipping individuals to live in freedom, walk in God’s peace, and experience transformation that lasts.

All courses, programs, and degrees offered by Sofia Christian University are theologically and biblically based aligned with the science for a person wellbeing.
